Corporate Support

The support of companies, large and small, can play a major part in accelerating our development programmes. Social responsibility is higher up the agenda of businesses than ever before and this is welcomed by all charities such as ours. Companies are rightly concerned to allocate support carefully and towards bodies with the responsibilities and systems to ensure resources are properly deployed.

We are keen to cultivate long-term relationships with companies who share our commitment to making a positive difference to children in desperate need of help.

Kate Bowden

Orphans Press, a small web design and printing business in Herefordshire, came across SANCHAT during a project they were working on for one of our UK based Trustees. They were drawn to our cause partly by their own association with an orphanage at the outset of their business over 100 years ago. After initial discussions it became clear that Orphans Press were interested in our work and providing ongoing support. Business owner Helen Bowden visited us (with her charming daughter Kate) in spring 2009 and is now working closely with our UK Trustees. Orphans Press have helped us put together this website and we hope their support will continue for many years.

Help from business can come in many guises. Direct financial contributions (ideally with Gift Aid) are of course very welcome. But we are equally keen for support with the fabric of our schools, from sanitation to furniture, and from sports equipment to teaching resources. You may even like to provide some of your skilled team to spend some time with us, time which we can utilise to the full and is often a life changing experience your staff will relish.
